During the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking additional steps to make sure everyone can stay healthy and safe when we visit your home or business to service and repair your appliance.

All of our technicians are fully COVID-19 vaccinated and can provide vaccination certificates on request.

It is very important that you inform us in advance if anyone in your household is unwell, or self isolating because they are at risk of becoming unwell, with COVID-19.

Unfortunately, due to strict public health requirements we will be unable to attend if anyone in your household is unwell or in self-isolation. We will of course treat this information in strict confidence and will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time.

We have implemented measures in line with government and Safe Work Australia recommendations to manage the risks of exposure to COVID-19 when visiting our clients.

These include maintaining a 1.5-2m physical distance at all times, and increased hygiene and sanitation measures.

You can be sure that every technician that we have working within your premises will be healthy and 100% symptom free.
